Privacy policy for flowpro.dev

This policy covers the flowpro.dev website: the two forms on it, what the server records, and how to have any of it removed. The Chrome extension has its own policy, because it processes different data: see the AI Visibility Checker privacy policy.

Effective date: 17 September 2026

Controller: Ivan Karabeinikau Digital Engineering, a sole proprietorship registered in the Polish business register (CEIDG), operating as FlowPro, ul. Bokserska 63, 02-690 Warszawa, Poland. NIP: 9512646879. Contact: ivan@flowpro.dev.

What this site collects

Live check waitlist. The email address you type into the waitlist form on the AI Visibility Checker page. It is used to send one message when the live check launches, and for nothing else. No newsletter, no third-party marketing, no profiling.

Fix request form. The website address, email address, platform and optional notes you send through the form on the AI Readiness Fix page. They are used to answer your request and, if you order the work, to carry it out and invoice it.

Email. If you write to ivan@flowpro.dev directly, the message and your address are processed to answer you.

Server logs. The web server records the usual technical entries for each request: IP address, time, requested address, referrer and browser user agent. They exist to keep the site running and to investigate abuse.

What this site does not do

There is no advertising pixel, no cookie banner, and no cookies set by this site. Nothing you do here is tracked across other websites, and nothing is sold or shared for marketing. The audits you run in the Chrome extension never reach this site: they stay in your browser.

Analytics. The site counts page views with Umami, self-hosted on the same infrastructure as the site, so no analytics company receives anything about your visit. It is cookieless: it stores nothing on your device, sets no identifier and cannot follow you to another website. It records the page address, the referrer, and a coarse country, browser and device type derived from the request and discarded afterwards. A few clicks are counted as anonymous events — installing the extension, opening the fix service, sending a form — with no data about who clicked. This runs on legitimate interest in knowing which pages are read (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com and those servers see your IP address. No other third party receives anything about your visit.

Legal basis and retention

The waitlist runs on your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the address is deleted once the launch message has gone out, or immediately if you ask sooner. Form and email enquiries are processed to take steps at your request before a contract and to perform it (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); correspondence about work that does not go ahead is deleted within 12 months. Documents relating to work that is invoiced are kept for as long as Polish tax law requires (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), which is five years from the end of the tax year. Server logs are kept for 30 days and then rotated out (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in security and availability).

Who else sees it

The site is hosted on a server rented from OVH, which processes the data on my behalf as hosting provider. Form submissions and page-view counts are received by the FlowPro API and the self-hosted Umami instance on that same infrastructure; mail is handled by my email provider. Each of them processes the data on my behalf and for no purpose of its own. No data is sold.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, a copy in a portable format, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing rests on consent, you can withdraw it at any time, which does not affect what was lawful before. Write to ivan@flowpro.dev and you will get an answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Polish supervisory authority, Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the effective date above is updated and a short summary of the change is added to this page.
