Free audit · One engineer · Work priced to the scope

I audit your site,
then fix what matters.

Send me the address and I go through your pages myself, free: what is blocking AI assistants, which fixes are worth doing on your site, and what each one involves. You pick the ones you want; the estimate is priced to that.

What's included

What the work usually covers

This is the menu, not a fixed package. After the free audit we agree which of these your site actually needs, and the estimate covers exactly that.

  • robots.txt rules for every documented AI search and user bot, plus a written decision on training bots
  • sitemap.xml and llms.txt created or repaired and verified by content-type, not just status code
  • JSON-LD (Organization, Service/Product, FAQPage) on the pages that matter to your business
  • Titles, descriptions, canonical and Open Graph on those same pages
  • Opening paragraphs and heading hierarchy rewritten with you; FAQ block added where it belongs
  • Re-check with the extension: every fixed page reaches Ready to be cited; 30-day follow-up re-check included
  • A written report of every change, in plain language, that you can hand to your next developer
Usually in the estimate
Crawler rules Site files JSON-LD Meta and Open Graph Opening copy Two re-checks Change report
Quoted only if you ask for it
Writing new articles Server, CDN or WAF work Rebuilding templates Ongoing monitoring

Where the edge is: I change what your site controls. I do not contact AI platforms on your behalf, buy placements, or influence what other websites say about you — and neither can anyone else selling this work.

How it runs

Free first, priced second

1

You send the URL

I run the check on your pages myself and reply within one business day: what is failing, which of it is worth your money, and which of it you could do yourself in ten minutes. This costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Free
2

We agree the scope, I send the estimate

A short call about what you actually want: which pages matter, how much of the copy you want touched, what your platform allows. The estimate that follows lists each item with its price, so you can drop anything you don't want.

Free
3

Implementation

You accept the estimate and I get an editor account or repository access. Files, structured data, meta tags and content structure go in. Every change is logged in the report as I go, with the before and after value for each item.

Re-check together, then again after 30 days

We run the extension on every fixed page while you watch. Each one has to reach Ready to be cited. Thirty days later I re-run it, because CMS updates and plugins undo things, and send you the result. Both are in the estimate.

What it costs

Free to find out.
Priced to what you want.

No audit fee and no retainer. You only see a number once we both know what the work is — and you see it before it starts.

Audit, fix list and estimate
Free
no commitment, no card
I check your pages myself, tell you what is worth fixing and what isn't, and price the ones you choose. If the honest answer is “do these three things yourself”, that is the answer you get.
The work
By estimate
itemised, agreed before it starts
Most small-business sites land between 2 000 and 6 000 zł net, depending on how many pages are in scope and how much of the copy you want rewritten. Every line has its own price, so you can drop any of them.
Invoiced by Ivan Karabeinikau Digital Engineering, NIP: 9512646879, in PLN or in EUR for clients outside Poland. Not VAT-registered (art. 113 of the Polish VAT Act) — the net figure in the estimate is the final figure. Payable on delivery.
FAQ

Before you send the form

What do I get for free, and where does the money start?

Free: I run the check on your pages, tell you what is failing, which of it actually matters for your business and what each fix involves, and send an itemised estimate. Money starts only if you accept that estimate. Nothing is charged for the audit, the fix list or the conversation about scope.

What do you need from me to start?

For the free audit, just the address. For the work: an editor account or repository access, the pages that matter most to your business, and one 30-minute call to agree the wording of the opening paragraphs and the FAQ. Everything else is my side.

Why is there no fixed price?

Because sites differ more than packages allow. A five-page site with clean templates and a 40-page shop with a custom theme are not the same job, and charging both the same means one of you overpays. The estimate is itemised, agreed in writing before anything starts, and never exceeded without your say-so.

Will this get me cited by ChatGPT?

No one can promise that, and I don't. The platforms decide what they cite, and most brand mentions in AI answers come from third-party pages. What I promise is that every fixed page reaches the top verdict in the same free check you can run yourself.

How is it invoiced?

One invoice from Ivan Karabeinikau Digital Engineering (NIP: 9512646879) for the amount in the accepted estimate, payable on delivery. PLN in Poland, EUR elsewhere. Not VAT-registered under art. 113 of the Polish VAT Act, so the net figure is the final figure.

Send the URL. Get the fix list back in one business day.

I look at your site myself before quoting anything. You get the fix list either way, free — then an itemised estimate for whichever parts you want me to do.

Thank you. I'll reply from ivan@flowpro.dev within one business day.

What you send is used to answer your request and nothing else — no newsletter, no third-party marketing. See the privacy policy. You can also write directly: ivan@flowpro.dev.
